by Nancy Lee Bentley.

Just want to let you know about the new, free Taste of Truly Cultured E-Book -- a hearty, power-packed mini of the full book -- that's available as one of many outstanding bonus pluses in the Tranquil Sleep Now program. launching today, August 19th.

I was so impressed with Think Right Now Mike Brescia's track record in helping people in so many lifestyle arenas, so amazed at how effective his new sleep program is, including just how much in alignment the Truly Cultured message is with this, that I agreed to include my new E-Book as a free bonus in his amazing offer.

Here's the link to take advantage of this great program: http://www.thinkrightnow.com/gifts/tranquilsleepnow.asp

by Nancy Lee Bentley.
Truly Cultured and quotes from author, Nancy Lee Bentley, are spotlighted in the "Fermented Food Fest" article by Gretchen Roberts in the upcoming August special issue of Natural Solutions Magazine, (formerly Alternative Medicine). Along with some basic and maindish recipes, the article includes Nancy classics like "Even better: make your own. Culturing is easier than you might think," says Bentley....many fermented foods like sauerkraut, yogurt, kefir and kombucha tea are simple and convenient to make at home...cost a fraction of the amount you can spend each month of good probiotic pills. People are intimidated by the idea of culturing their own food," says Bentley, "but most fermenting is really about waiting. The process takes care of itself."

by Nancy Lee Bentley.
We've seen the trend developing, but after last week's appearance and Truly Cultured fundraiser for BioVision2020 at Chicago Greenfest, it's getting more and more obvious that people are really starting to get the message about the importance of live, lacto-fermented cultured foods. There was such a positive response to the subject, the book and the author at BioVision's Greenfest booth, we were surprised and delighted at how many people are already starting to embrace this "real" health insurance.

After all, the writing's on the wall, mirrored in massive degenerative disease, antibiotic resistance in the body and pesticide resistance in the soil, we've got to get a handle on, get control, rebalance and reestablish our inner AND our outer ecology. Where does it start? Right in our guts. You may not be able to impact the environment in ways that you can see immediately, but you CAN get your own internal environment and house in order by making, buying and consuming these delicious, live cultured fermented foods. My goal, through continually developing more and more ways -- like ebooks, teleclasses, seminars and coaching -- is to keep on getting the message out, "We CAN be and stay healthy simply, cheaply, and easily with these humble, traditional foods, especially if we do it together with our friends and family in our own local food circles.
